Halloween's customs

Halloween is a scary party that is celebrated all over the world, mainly in the United States of America and the United Kingdom.
The tradition of disguise in Halloween is recent. It was born in France, in the fifteenth Century, when Europe suffered the bubonic plague. That caused in the catholics a great fear of death and exalted their creativity.
A tradition of women is peeling an apple in front of a mirror lit by a chandelier, and the legend says that if you peel the fruit and the skin stays in one strip, the mirror will show the image of her future husband .
Other tradition is "trick or treat". Children dress themselves as monsters and knock on the doors of neighbours. They offer them to choose between giving them a sweet or be scared.
